1. Do not pull the wire harness too tightly during assembly (especially in the horizontal direction), avoiding the vehicle in a bumpy state, causing the wire harness fixed point position to be displaced, resulting in an instantaneous increase in the distance between the two fixed points, thereby lengthening the wire harness. Causes the internal contact of the wire harness to pull off/virtual connection, change the wire parameters, and even break the wire.

2. After the harness is assembled, there should be enough clearance around it to ensure that it is not pressed by other parts or caught by other parts and their fasteners. Avoid problems such as grounding caused by pinch-off insulation, wear or cracking.

3. Do not place connectors of the same model and color in the adjacent position. Avoid mis-insertion during assembly, damage to harnesses and appliances.

4. The connectors are placed in an easy-to-find position, in a position where the hands and tools are easy to operate. In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance, it is necessary to consider the length of the wires of the electrical device according to the actual assembly conditions. If the electrical device is installed in an easy-to-operate position, the wire can be omitted to directly connect the connector to the component; if the electrical device is installed in a concealed position, and the maintenance and disassembly is difficult, the wire of the electrical device can be used as needed. The length is appropriately increased so that the connector is placed in a position convenient for inspection and maintenance.
